On a desperate whim, I contacted them asking to be contacted about a consignment home. Jason was the person who initially reached out about it. After we got to talking, he explained that we need to get pre-approved before we fall in love with anything. So my husband and I filled out the paper and were approved very quickly. After that it was full speed ahead. We ended up with a brand new home that we love, within the budget we wanted. The prices on homes are very fair in our area, the customer service was beyond excellent and if I needed a home in the future, I would go back for sure. Lauren then took over on the paperwork side of things and she was also absolutely amazing. They helped my family more than they realize, we had a lot stacked against us specifically harsh time restraints that were not my fault or emeralds, but they chose to go so above and beyond throughout this process, I am still in disbelief as I’m currently sitting in my new home. This was such a joyful experience, which is awesome because my husband and I went in knowing nothing about this process and they helped every single step of the way. I am so happy with our home, their customer service and their support. Thank you so much Emerald!
When we started our house buying journey we were constantly told no. When we found emerald homes OTGC I spoke with crystal and through the process she was very reassuring of everything going on and always positive. We finally got to buy our 1st home. Once everything was closed we then started working with Lauren as far has having the trailer set etc. Lauren and Lindsey have been angels throughout this process even with the little hiccups along the way. I am beyond grateful for this team at emerald homes OTGC. I will be recommending to everyone looking for a home.
